AsLettings Manager, youll have the rare opportunity to lead and shape a newly established department. Drawing on a wealth of warm leads and a black book of landlords built from years of successful referrals, youll have the resources tohit the ground running. This role empowers you to build and manage your own team while contributing innovative ideas to enhance the departments success.

The package
- Up to £30,000 basic salary per annum + OTE up to £45,000
- Monday to Friday 09:30 17:30 + alternate Saturdays 09:30 13:30, with day off in lieu during the week
- Bonus scheme (discretionary)

The Lettings Manager role
- Help establish and run a profitable and well organised Lettings Department
- Provide an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants
- Lead by example and delegate tasks with the aim to exceed standards of performance and branch targets
- Motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career
- Process property valuations and viewings
- Generate new business in a target driven environment
The person
- Has a Property / Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Negotiator, or Negotiator background
- Proven experience managing, leading and mentoring a team
- ARLA or equivalent qualification (desirable but not essential)
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
